Doug’s can provide fast, accurate repair estimates on any vehicle brought to our facility. We employ the highly regarded Mitchell Ultramate 6 estimating system with E-Claims software. Estimates, along with photos, can be e-mailed per customer (or insurance company) needs.

We can also write estimates for repair on vehicles that cannot be brought into the shop for any reason. To prepare an e-mail estimate we’ll need photos that show front, rear and side views of the vehicle damage –plus shots of all four corners (please see diagram below).

We will also need to know the year, make and model of the vehicle, as well as its VIN number (typically located on top of the dashboard on the driver’s side adjacent to the windshield). Model type example (LS, LT, LT2).

Please understand that doing an estimate based only on photographs has limitations, as additional damage may be evident only upon actually working on the vehicle.
